I have a new phone

Install the app and sign in with the same Apple ID. Everything in your account comes back. Your Docs files come back through iCloud Drive, so keep iCloud Drive on for Long Summit.

Deleting your account

Open the Money tab, tap the Settings gear, then Delete account. Your phone is cleared at once, and your account is erased from our servers 7 days later. Signing in within those 7 days keeps it. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.

Signing out

Your phone is cleared, and everything stays safe in your account until you sign in again.

Reminders don’t arrive

On your iPhone, open Settings, then Notifications, then Long Summit, and turn on Allow Notifications.

Getting your data out

Docs exports CSV, PDF and ZIP files. In Subscriptions, All time has an Export button that gives you a CSV for each tax year.
